Who
We Are
Commercial Electronics Corporation was originally started in 1959. At that time as Industrial Radio Company, we became a service organization for General Electric Mobile Communications. In 1984, the company started expanding their sales and service into other areas beyond the two-way radio industry. Commercial Electronics became involved in the mobile telephone industry as well as design and implementation of complex public safety communications systems.
In 1992 at the request of a Texas public safety agency, Commercial Electronics entered the Voice Logging Industry. CEC has since built up a staff of professionals in sales and service dedicated to this market. CEC has installed equipment into virtually every industry that has a need for call recording, quality assurance monitoring, screen capture, and call accounting. This customer base includes financial institutions, the transportation industry, 911 agencies, and numerous other inbound and outbound call centers, including:

While
many products attempt to be all things to all people, Commercial
Electronics recognizes one size does not fit all, to coin
a couple of clichés. Many products perform similar
functions, however, each has its strengths over the other.
We will help you identify the functionality you really need
and recommend the equipment which performs those functions
efficiently and most cost effectively.
